Accessible seating

Sales of seats reserved for the disabled persons will start on 24 February 2022.

Disabled guests and their personal assistants can purchase tickets for the IntesaSanpaolo Next Gen ATP Finals 2022 at a reduced price (with a discount of about 70% compared to the full price).
The benefits are reserved for the disabled with a minimum disability of 74% and for the severely disabled.
An adequate, but necessarily limited number of seats will be available for each session.
For each session, each disabled person can purchase a maximum of one ticket for themselves and one ticket for an accompanying person.

How to book tickets

STEP 1 - Registration
For children under 18 years of age, please register in the name of the person acting on their behalf and indicate the name of the disabled person in the appropriate field.
- New user
1) click on “Register”
2) fill all the fields in, select “Register for Accessible seats”, a pop-up will appear to upload a scanned copy of proof of eligibility. Select the file on your computer and click on "Upload". Fill the form in with the child's name, in case of a minor.
3) click on “create new account” at the bottom of the page to complete your registration. An email will be sent to your email address to activate your account. Please note this email does not approve your request yet

If you are already a user and your documents have been approved, please go to STEP 3

STEP 2 - Approval
Once your request is precessed you will be notified by email whether if it is approved or rejected.

STEP 3 - Purchase TICKETS FOR SALE (from 24 February 2022 at 16:00)
1) log-in
2) click on “purchase”, select the session of your choice (Afternoon or Evening)
3) select the dedicated seating area
4) a pop-up will appear: if you require a personal assistant, you must also book them a ticket. Select option “accessible seat with personal assistant” or “accessible seat without personal assistant” and add to cart
5) select “continue purchase” or “checkout”

PLEASE NOTE: For each session, the number of seats available is limited.
